If you are planning on wearing it with high-rise denim, you should go with your normal size and if you are planning on wearing it around your hips with low-rise denim, then you’ll want to size up. If you are planning on wearing it as a true waist belt (to cinch your waist in a dress, for example), you should size down. Here’s the question everyone wants to know! In my opinion, a Gucci belt is totally worth the price tag. The Gucci leather is soft, but sturdy and the gold hardware buckle is secured really well so it doesn’t feel flimsy. I couldn’t believe how it paled in comparison to my Gucci belt. I won’t say which brand, but it’s one of my favorite handbag brands. I recently ordered a different luxury designer belt and I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the quality. At $470 a Gucci belt definitely isn’t cheap, but compared to other luxury belts, it’s fairly priced – especially for the quality.
